By creating an account or participating in a tournament on this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Platform purpose
This platform provides skill-based participation challenges and tournaments connected to a user’s own gameplay activity in Dota 2. The platform is not presented as a sportsbook, casino, or wagering service for third-party events.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or participate in any tournament on this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You may use the platform only if participation is lawful in your jurisdiction and you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your local laws allow you to participate.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, or use the account of another user.
4. Steam and game account linking
Some functionality may require linking a Steam account or identifying a Dota-related account. You represent that you have the right to use any game account you connect to the platform.
5. Tournament participation
The platform may offer daily tournaments, including different categories, entry conditions, or minimum participant thresholds. Tournament-specific rules, entry fees, prize structures, and scoring methods should be published before the tournament starts.
6. Entry fees, payments, and refunds
Some tournaments may require a paid entry. By joining a paid tournament, you authorize the required payment. Unless otherwise stated for a specific tournament, entry fees are generally non-refundable after a tournament begins.
If a tournament is cancelled by the platform before completion, the platform may return entry amounts, except for payment processor, banking, or transfer commissions that are non-refundable to the platform.
7. Prizes
Prize amounts or prize distributions must be announced in advance for each tournament. The platform reserves the right to delay prize delivery if verification, fraud review, payment review, or technical reconciliation is reasonably required.
Before a prize is paid out, the platform may require identity verification (KYC). This may include submitting a government-issued ID and proof of address. Prize delivery will not proceed until verification is successfully completed. The platform reserves the right to withhold prize payment if verification cannot be completed or if fraud is suspected.
8. Scoring and rankings
Tournament rankings are determined according to the published rules for that tournament. The platform may rely on gameplay records, connected account data, internal logs, and third-party game data sources to calculate results.
9. Cancellations and modifications
The platform may cancel, suspend, or modify a tournament where necessary for fairness, technical reliability, fraud prevention, legal compliance, insufficient participation, or force majeure. The platform may also correct obvious scoring, display, or administrative errors.
10. Prohibited conduct
- using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized accounts;
- attempting to manipulate tournament outcomes, scoring, or technical systems;
- abusing bugs, automation, bots, or exploits;
- engaging in harassment, abuse, or unlawful conduct through the platform;
- using payment methods without authorization.
11. Suspensions and account termination
The platform may suspend or terminate access where it reasonably believes a user has violated these terms, created legal risk, manipulated tournament integrity, or engaged in fraud, abuse, or unauthorized payment activity.
12. No guarantee of availability
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. Continuous uptime, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or data loss arising from use of the service.

15. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised version.
16. Taxes
Prize winnings may be subject to income tax, withholding tax, or other applicable taxes depending on your country of residence. The platform does not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes arising from prizes received through this platform in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
The platform may request tax-related documentation as part of the prize verification process where required by applicable law.
