AML & Platform Integrity Policy
This page describes the measures the platform takes to maintain competitive integrity, prevent abuse, and ensure that prize activity is handled responsibly.
One account per participant
Each participant is permitted one platform account linked to one Steam account. This restriction is technically enforced at the point of Steam account linking — a Steam account already associated with another platform account cannot be linked again.
Operating multiple accounts to gain a competitive advantage, accumulate prizes across separate identities, or obscure participation history is prohibited. Violations may result in disqualification from active tournaments, forfeiture of prizes, and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
Result verification
Tournament results are verified against publicly available gameplay data retrieved from official game APIs. Match outcomes, match type, lobby type, and participant identity are confirmed automatically through these sources before a result is recorded.
The platform reserves the right to perform manual review of any result before confirming it as valid or processing an associated prize. In cases where API data is unavailable, delayed, or inconsistent, the platform may request additional confirmation from the participant or delay result confirmation pending investigation.
Results that cannot be independently verified will not be credited. The platform does not accept self-reported results without supporting data from the game API.
Prize monitoring
The platform monitors prize activity for patterns that may indicate abuse, fraud, account sharing, or attempts to use the platform for financial misconduct. Activities that may trigger a review include but are not limited to:
- Unusual prediction accuracy inconsistent with historical performance.
- Multiple prize payouts to the same payment destination from different accounts.
- Rapid accumulation of prizes across a short period.
- Account activity inconsistent with legitimate gameplay patterns.
The platform reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a prize payout pending investigation if unusual activity is detected. Participants under review will be notified where reasonably possible.
Payment integrity
Prize payouts are processed only to accounts verified as belonging to the registered participant. The platform does not process payouts to third-party accounts or intermediaries. Each participant may register only one payment account for prize disbursement at any given time.
The platform does not accept deposits or payments as a method of storing funds. Entry fees, where applicable, are transaction-based and relate to a specific tournament at the time of registration.
Cooperation with authorities
The platform will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, financial regulators, and payment service providers where required by applicable law. This includes providing account information, transaction records, and gameplay data in response to lawful requests or as required by court order.
The platform reserves the right to suspend any account and freeze associated prize activity if there is a reasonable basis to believe the account is involved in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
